Overall Satisfaction with Nimble
CRM for keeping in touch with clients, newsletters are sent out in groups, managing our placements and follow updates, birthdays, lead, and sales management.
Pros
- Group Messages with message tracking.
- Message tracking on emails.
- Uploads details from LinkedIn.
- Keeping track of client details and update calls
- Managing cold leads
Cons
- Group messages - can only been seen by the person sending them so if you have other users they can't see if a shared client has opened or clicked.
- Understanding how to use the system - yes there is help desk etc but you really need someone who understands how to get it setup
- Formatting of emails - it has slightly improved but it is still quite fiddly to get a nice looking email.
- Managing our newsletter list has been improved.
- Understanding who reads our marketing information has been improved.
- Managing our recall dates has been improved.
- Really knowing what to use and when/how can be confusing
- WorkDeskPro (discontinued)
I used to use Workdesk and it was fantastic, you could easily work out what was needed and help desk would support you not just give you the tips to read.
