I've been using Nuclino to reach one goal and that is to have all in once place knowledgebase and Doc collboration system. What I love most about Nuclino is that it keeps it simple and clean. It's not clogged and crowded with too many features, options, settings, etc. Clean, all in one place. Highly recommended especially for startups trying to manage their costs and get started with the least amount of hassle.
Pros
Doc collaboration
knowledgebased
Getting rid of Google Docs and Google Sheets
Cons
More integations are always welcome
API integration to external apps
Email marketing features down the road, A CRM Maybe

Not a huge replacement for a CRM but anything else can be handled. Really an all in once platform with no speed issues or crowded pool of features. Ideal for a startup and alternative to mainstream, heavy and expensive alternatives.
We use Nuclino as a knowledge base and collaboration platform. It addresses business problems such as documentation of projects, business processes and works well as a sharing and collaboration tool. We mainly use it for project management, but also in some cases to document business processes.
So far, we have only used it for internal documentation only. Other systems seem to have more advanced functionality for sharing information and collaborating with external partners, operators and suppliers.
Pros
The system is extremely fast. The application loads and displays data in milliseconds. This makes the system easy to work with.
It's also easy to edit documentation and information, as information can be editing directly without the use of an "edit" button.
Pricing: Loading speed, ease of use and quick editing are its main advantage that makes it stand out from competitors. Having said that, the pricing is very good as well.
Cons
While editing is easy and quick, some accidental changes may happen. Maybe some AI functionality for detecting obvious mistakes should be added.
Improved functionality for collaborating and sharing data with external partners would be an improvement.
The application seems to favor the writers, which in many cases is refreshing and makes work easier and quicker. In some cases, other systems are a better match, especially when many users should be allowed to make changes, but are mainly using the application for gathering knowledge and hardly want to do any editing themselves.
Likelihood to Recommend
Nuclino is great for internal documentation, project documentation and to maintain "living" documents due to the speed, intuitive UI and ease of editing. I have personally found it great for meeting notes.
Nuclino is less appropriate for scenarios that require external collaboration. We have found it lacking in functionality for sharing content securely outside the organization, and we use other software for that.
Nuclino is best used as an internal knowledge hub where everyone is encouraged to contribute to building on the documentation.

I use Nuclino to organize my game development programme, i intend to run a homeschool programme using roblox, and i use Nuclino for the game design document, the technical specifications and of course brainstorming. I also use Nuclino to centralise all my documnetation for centralisation. Before Nuclino I used Notion, which caused a lot of overwhelm.
Pros
like it says on its website, it is purposely simple
its clean interface makes me focus on my work
its so beautiful , the interface i mean
i love how it looks on its dark mode
Cons
i wish they could integrate google for login, on pc,
the onboarding
i wish they could add ai agents

it is best for game development, it has good product development features and workflow management. you shouldn't use it for heavy database keeping,
I work at a school and have been tasked to re-organizing our internal documentation.
I have so far used Nuclino to personally collect & gather all the various information that has spread out to various different sharepoint & other folders over the years and Nuclino has been super useful with this task.
I'm hoping to make this application our official wiki, but that is still a work in progress :)
Pros
Organizing
Ease of use
Simplicity
Responsiveness
Cons
switching overe workspaces is bit tedious at the moment
more granular control over what users can edit inside workspace -> specific items or any item under a specific collection
currently its not clear who edited an item last -> footer that updates each time item has been edited and by whom
support for smartsheets. only because we use them ;)
on prem version? (easier to sell this to my boss)

Great tool for organizing and managing an organizations internal documents and wikis! Regular feature updates are also a nice bonus. I had for a while wished collections to be also accessible documents and they just added the feature. Overall very happy with the core features of this app. also the fact that Nuclino is an European company, situated in Germany is a definite part of why I'm using this application. Very happy to use a local product over a silicon valley edition ;)

My teams use Nuclino both for creating documentation and taking notes. We also use it frequently as a kanban board to help use manage our to-do lists.

Simplicity
Speed
Keyboard Shortcuts
Collaborative Canvasses
Cons
Colors
Integrated Databases

If you're worried about getting carpal tunnel from having to click 1000x things on Notion.so or just frustrated with Notion's incredibly slow load times, Nuclino is for you. It has fewer features, but the features it has are better implemented and easier to use.
We use Nuclino as a knowledge management system. On there, we have countless guides, SOPs and information. It acts as an online wiki for employees at my organisation. Anyone is free to add articles, and the Admin (myself) will review them, add them to the appropriate folder and add dates for them to be reviewed to ensure everything stays up to date.
Pros
Nuclino is very easy to write and edit on - the text editor functions are simple yet effective
Nuclino is very simple to understand - there aren't pages and pages of menus and endless functions. It cuts down a knowledge base to what is required
Nuclino is reasonably priced
The graph view is a great piece of design
Cons
The list view can be confusing to understand and click through, especially when you have many different sub folders. It is hard to get an idea for where you are in the folder structure when compared to, say, Windows File Explorer.
Moving items around in different folders can be frustrating when you have to drag them a lot with the mouse
Trying to edit hyperlinks can be annoying when right clicking brings up the normal right-click windows menu and double clicking to try to edit in Nuclino just clicks on the link
Likelihood to Recommend
Nuclino is well suited to a knowledge base for internal employees - that's what we use it for and that seems to be the main use case. I see it being less useful as a project management tool, considering there are other services that offer better features for project management,

Really great product. We use it for documentation and it's perfect that you can create different workspaces. It has just all the tools we need and has integrations to all the useful stuff. Still, it manages to not be cluttered and hard to use. The new canvas features are a game changer! It's so weird that this is the only tool that I have found that supports both a whiteboarding solution and a wiki like documentation thing together.
All in all great product!
Pros
Easy formatting without giving us to many decisions (thereby letting us focus on the content)
Distributed editing (where multiple people can edit the same document)
Whiteboarding through canvas
Code inclusion
Lots of plugins
Cons
Can't think of any
Likelihood to Recommend
It's perfect in our context with multiple people documenting lots of different projects.
I would not use it for my own journaling or for things not in a professional context. Probably I would think it is too expensive for that.
Nuclino is basically an internal database for our team to work out of. It is easy to keep documentation in a way that is simple and easy to use and search from. We especially use this tool for onboarding our team. Almost everyone uses this tool on our team in some capacity.
Pros
Easy to configure and set up.
Keeps us organized.
Helps onboard our team quick.
Cons
Formatting options could be improved.
If you have a big database it can get out of hand.
Fonts and colors for options for branding.
Likelihood to Recommend
Nuclino is suitable for just about any company. It is intuitive and helps keep any company organized.
We realized a few years ago that, for the most part, our organization depended on tribal knowledge and passing on information verbally. If someone left the organization we suddenly had a fairly large knowledge gap and had to try and fill it. We implemented Nuclino to consolidate this information in an easily accessible format that was useful and timely.
Pros
Workspaces are helpful to segment information.
Being able to download files directly from Nuclino is useful.
Having the ability to link to external docs is useful.
Cons
Not having storage caps would be ideal.
Expandable subheadings would be ideal.
Being able to incorporate user branding/themeing.
Likelihood to Recommend
Nuclino is an excellent service for companies or organizations with either a lot of information that needs to be accessible at a moment's notice or at companies with fairly high turnover paired with lots of information to consistently pass on. It would not be suitable for a retail business, for example, but would be helpful for an R+D firm or a B2B organization.
Nuclino is used by a small team at our company. They were looking for a small but productive team wiki. They found it in Nuclino. The "Graph" was surprisingly informative. And also being able to collaborate real-time is a very nice feature and Nuclino has done that very well. The paid plan offers SAML integration among other things which helps in our IAM processes.
Pros
Very easy to setup
Very easy to use
Real-time collaboration
Cons
No real offline use is possible.
For small teams it's ok, but pricing is too high if lots of employees need to work with it.
Likelihood to Recommend
One of the best tools for small team wiki/collaboration site. After setting things up in a day, there was almost no learning curve for the users. Not the best solution for bigger teams though. Because of the mobile apps, the user can be productive while on the move too! Desktop and web version are working fine.
