Overall Satisfaction with Nuclino

My teams use Nuclino both for creating documentation and taking notes. We also use it frequently as a kanban board to help use manage our to-do lists.

  • We're able to more quickly develop processes and try things out
  • Our internal how-to guides are a real time saver, especially when paired with AI search
  • It's easier to collaborate on lightweight documents
  • Software architectures are easier to find and document
They clearly put thought into this. The features Nuclino has are excellent and well thought through.
It's faster and lighter weight than Notion and requires less clicking. Canvasses integrated into notes let us keep our documentation in one spot rather than spreading it between tools

If you're worried about getting carpal tunnel from having to click 1000x things on Notion.so or just frustrated with Notion's incredibly slow load times, Nuclino is for you. It has fewer features, but the features it has are better implemented and easier to use.
