Positive, the cost is not prohibitive, easily pays for itself in a single recovery effort

The entire agency use this program and it's not difficult to use. It assist in allowing employees to encrypt information to send to others so without a password you can't see the information; this is good especially if it's sent to the wrong person. This encryption isn't good if the person who the email is intended for doesn't have he password so employees must remember to send it. It helps you get information to someone sooner than later.

The word program allows you to write and keep notes that are important.
It allows you to create charts to share information for others to see.
It allows you to communicate to others in a timely manner.

More vocabulary to choose from when needing a different word to complete a sentence.
For example, when you point the arrow over Review that a list will appear for what is listed under that section as oppose to having to click on it.
Have a button that you can click on to demonstration how to use something for example graphs.
