Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It has provided us a fast delivery of user profile data that can at times be cumbersome using restoration tools from Microsoft, Carbonite ensures everything is readily available and that has made an incredible difference and set the bar high.

Pros

  • The word program allows you to write and keep notes that are important.
  • It allows you to create charts to share information for others to see.
  • It allows you to communicate to others in a timely manner.

Cons

  • More vocabulary to choose from when needing a different word to complete a sentence.
  • For example, when you point the arrow over Review that a list will appear for what is listed under that section as oppose to having to click on it.
  • Have a button that you can click on to demonstration how to use something for example graphs.

Most Important Features

  • Emails
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Letting people know when you are unavailable due to being in meetings or even working on projects so you are not disturb.

Return on Investment

  • Helping busy staff members keep up with dates .
  • The reminders are perfect so you will not miss out on a meeting.
  • Being able to put the Team meeting on the calendar and all the person has to due to click the link to join the meeting. Fantastic!
