Overall Satisfaction with Payoneer
In my experience, somebody got unauthorized access to my account. I believe my worst mistake was to report that it was hacked. I believe it didn't help me and it made my situation worse. Payoneers support (many different persons contacted me) worked diligently and went through a lot of trouble to put up roadblocks for me in my opinion. In my experience, a Payoneer supporter went as far as to research the validation of Israeli ID cards. In my opinion, their research isn't up to date. The Israeli government extended the validation period In my experience, Payoneer got the address to the Israeli government site, the page about renew your id 2022 with proof. In my experience, this is what has happened and what I've done so far: Somebody got unauthorized access to my account and instantly moved $480 to his own Payoneer account with the email address: (removed but sent several times to Payoneer) without my permission. I received Payoneer's email about the illegal transaction with a link to use immediately if I hadn't authorized it. I clicked the link which led me to Payoneer's maze page with several types of support. It took me around 10 minutes to find the right place.. and I could only find a number in US. I don't live in the US. I can only use my phone in Israel. So I spent another 10 minutes figuring out how to charge Skype so I could call long-distance to the US from Israel. The supporter I talked to would create a ticket. * Got email from a Payoneer supporter. Got told to use another email address and reply to the questions I would receive. They needed a copy of a valid government-issued ID. No reply from Payoneer. I wrote and asked for an update and wrote on LinkedIn, too. Then I was asked one week later to provide a government-issued ID which I'd already done. I had to send another government-issued ID, I was told. I replied that I didn't have any other. I don't have a car and I don't travel. Thus my driver's license is old and in my maiden name. Still valid, though. And I don't have a passport since I have no need for it. In my experience, after several emails from Payoneer asking me for another Government issued ID, which I've already said several times I didn't have, came the email from yet another supporter, around 2:30 am my time. In my opinion, this latest email showed proof of no compassion but lots of energy putting into making things hard for me. In my experience, the supporter claimed falsely that my ID was no longer valid, which is not true. Result: I don't have access to my account. I have lost $480 and also around 4 EUR and around $2.50 USD. Plus a pending payment hasn't been accepted since November 15, and I'm expecting more money coming from Amazon in five days or less. In my opinion do yourself a favor and take out your money from Payoneer.
- I believe they are great at charging fees both for paying for products and for receiving money
- I believe they can accept payments from Amazon KDP and ClickBank
- In my opinion, hey are excellent in making life tough for honest account holders
- In my opinion, Non-existing customer service
- In my opinion, Slow customer service
- In my opinion, Support uses canned replies
- In my opinion, Support either don't understand English or doesn't read it
- In my opinion, Provides a useless link when you need fast help
- In my opinion, Could be smoother in accepting money from private persons
- Being able to receive money from KDP Amazon
- Letting me use a debit card on Amazon
- Right now a loss of more than $500 (the $480 stolen, the money on my cards, the pending payment they don't accept)
