Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Paytm can be used for several financial transactions inside any organization. Employer can easily pay their clients and employees using Paytm QR Code or Paytm link. Optionally if an employee wants advanced emergency salary so organization can use Paytm to send that fund instantly.
Pros
- As per my long experience with Paytm, any payment done using Paytm is real quick so if you want to pay for last minute bills or bookings you can use Paytm
- Paytm offers incredibly wide set of services and managing all of them using single app is convenient process for us.
- Best part is we still get cashback and rewards on payments which is now missing with other payment apps.
Cons
- Not satisfied with the customer support they provide.
- Current user interface is little bit clumsy and difficult to understand. UI can be designed in little more sorted way.
- Paytm encounters transaction failure sometimes and delayed customer support creates a panic in users.
Likelihood to Recommend
Paytm has been made a well versatile app for users but there is scope for improvement also. There should be one option to block payment pop-ups from unknown and unregistered numbers else user might lose their money.
