Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paytm can be used for several financial transactions inside any organization. Employer can easily pay their clients and employees using Paytm QR Code or Paytm link. Optionally if an employee wants advanced emergency salary so organization can use Paytm to send that fund instantly.

Pros

As per my long experience with Paytm, any payment done using Paytm is real quick so if you want to pay for last minute bills or bookings you can use Paytm
Paytm offers incredibly wide set of services and managing all of them using single app is convenient process for us.
Best part is we still get cashback and rewards on payments which is now missing with other payment apps.

Cons

Not satisfied with the customer support they provide.
Current user interface is little bit clumsy and difficult to understand. UI can be designed in little more sorted way.
Paytm encounters transaction failure sometimes and delayed customer support creates a panic in users.

Likelihood to Recommend

Paytm has been made a well versatile app for users but there is scope for improvement also. There should be one option to block payment pop-ups from unknown and unregistered numbers else user might lose their money.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use for all UPI payments for personal as well as official purposes. Sometimes payment amount limit restriction and also the restriction on payment types like Rupay credit cards are always challenging.

Paytm is a great application/software and also a payment gateway to integrate with different applications. It has a lot of in-app stuff to work with, including recharge, rent, and mutual funds. You can tickets donat, transfer money, UPI integration, and add Paytm as a payment gateway to your software and applications. The documentation is simple and available and easy to use and integrate with any software. Different open rest APIs are available to consume for seamless integration.

The primary use of Paytm in our company is as a payment gateway service. We partner with Razorpay pay to use the services of Paytm, which include UPI, credit card, debit card, and Paytm wallet service. Our Advantage Club wallet is also compatible with Paytm as Paytm is one of the most commonly used online wallets in India so it is kind of evident to partner with such a big player in the market.

However, it is not very suitable when it comes to making payments when the monetary amount is high, or when transactions such as paying salaries are involved. Paytm has helped us build a digital and cashless economy. It has helped organizations ease payments to employees. Things like opening a Paytm bank account have also become quite easy.

I use Paytm for my personal things, like daily usage for UPI or bank transaction. Also for train, bus ticket booking. This is the biggest reason for staying so long Paytm that they have really good and user friendly UI for ticket booking.

Pros

They have best ticket booking system.
Payment store is really useful.
UPI and bank transaction makes things easy.

Cons

The biggest thing is UI. They should separate the section.
Paytm provides so many features that really great, but the only problem is they have really messy things to show. They should sho minimum and dashboard with proper separation.
They should improve and speed and click identification and routing of application.

If you wanna pay any bill or wants to book any tickets it's the best platform. For worse, Even hanging so many features it's hard to understand the user what thing is where. And they keep changing the location of options like passbook, ticket booking, scan, and pay. User is lazy to read the thing's name and all, they just remember which things were where and keep using it.

We have been using Paytm for a long time in our organization to transfer money directly to other people. I use Paytm for my transactions as well as the payment gateway for collecting payments from people. To be honest I haven't faced a lot of problems with Paytm. I have good experience in developing and working with this kind of technology. So, I haven't faced any issues. I would like to appreciate the User Interface design of Paytm.

I have used Paytm in an e-commerce website as a payment gateway I found it very useful but I faced some problems, I was able to solve them but I have got to do a lot of research. As a developer, I like documentation of Paytm it's very clear and with video instructions.
