PDFelement uses user licenses, that reduces the cost and help to make software less expensive in some scenarios. … For a small or medium company, software license can be a huge pain and really expensive.

I spent less than one month of my Adobe subscription to buy this software, and have saved over a thousand dollars so far using it. … I used to have an Adobe subscription just to generate and edit documents in pdf form, but that got very expensive.

You can add text boxes, convert to OCR and find and replace words in documents, about anything you can think of and all for a super cheap price.

I highly recommend it to anyone, on any level.
