If you're trying to use this with Hubspot, keep in mind that it only works with text properties. I don't know about you, but [I believe that] IMO unstructured data (aka text properties) are basically useless when it comes to high volume, transactional processes like prospecting.

If you have any structured data whatsoever -- like a drop down field, a picklist, anything that depends on selecting from a menu of options, the sync flat-out doesn't work. I'm especially irritated because [I feel] they are not transparent about this, and do not actually know how to make it work, though they claim they do.

[I believe] until they build an actual integration that works with other types of Hubspot properties, there's no way I'd recommend this to anyone using Hubspot. And I think they should take down their Hubspot marketplace listing (or at least modify it) because it's false-advertising as-is.

We're using PhoneBurner to generate leads and for calling purposes. It helps the company when it comes to daily touchbase and to get ahold of our clients and potentially close a sale.

  • System down sometimes
  • Timezone mapping not accurate

I like that you can dial out so many leads and double the efficiency of the agent. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes, system down issue.

PhoneBurner is used in our organization for our SDR team to go through their outbound calls. They connect it with Hubspot to make a seamless feed of data back and forth. They are using it to overcome the time it takes to call through a list of potential customers. All of my SDR staff love PhoneBurner.

Pros

  • PhoneBurner connects to Hubspot so that my team doesn't have to go back and forth.
  • The amount of time it takes to get through a list of calls has almost been cut in half.
  • The opportunity to do leave a voicemail without having to leave it on each call is a huge time saver.

Cons

  • I think that being able to use PhoneBurner to record Zoom Calls would be helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think it would be great in any mid size to large scale sales team. With our ability as managers to go through every call or even join calls live is a huge way that it can help any sales manager and team really ramp up their sales strategy.

PhoneBurner has been a priceless platform for our customers. The coordination with this product is incredibly simple to utilize, both from our turn of events and the customers' sides, and our client's customers persistently rave about the growth that they have seen after implementing the platform. Customers both large and small have profited by this expansion, some announcing as much as a 3x increment in contact rate.

I enjoyed how the clients could set up the design on what is generally basic to them while experiencing the rundowns. I additionally like separating records and the ability to move from envelope to organizer. I found that the schedule arranges the names that are fit to be called every day as an update.

We started using the trial version and we liked it a lot. It is a tool that did not charge us any fees. It was easy to install, learn, configure, and use on a daily basis and can be customized. Today, PhoneBurner is used in several departments of the organization such as IT with Service Desk and Help Desk, Sales, and support in general. The tool adds a lot of quality at a low cost and makes life much easier by optimizing time.

Pros

  • It is super easy to upload the lead list and keep everything in a unified and easy to use record.
  • Time savings in the case of calling more than 50 people during a single day for example.
  • Extremely friendly interface and reliable software.

Cons

  • A little delay sometimes and locking in a rare way. But it needs to be fixed.

The PhoneBurner software increased the productivity of the organization's Sales team because it allows making a huge amount of calls and with great ease and without complications. I can say that it was made in the right measure for the user. Today the Sales team is able to reach more customers in less time and increase their productivity.

We use PhoneBurner in an IT capacity to troubleshoot various telephone calling issues with our phone system. We can create various throw-away numbers to try out in our phone system and use PhoneBurner to reflect these numbers. It is not deployed across the entire organization, we use it as a tool to configure and troubleshoot various other systems.

  • Easily provision new numbers to the app.
  • Quickly and easily get rid of old numbers.
  • Mobility on any device.

Cons

  • Could be a little better on the pricing.
  • Could offer a better central administrative function.
  • Could provide more updates to the app.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for troubleshooting. Not so great for production calling. The tool is well suited for helping to troubleshoot other systems but I would not use it in everyday usage just for general calling. It easily masks your caller ID so that is helpful when looking to try to do that.

I'm a marketing/sales consultant. My franchisor clients hire me to sell their franchises. PhoneBurner enables me to effectively nurture leads using live calls, recorded messages, emails, and texts and enables me to reach out to many more leads each day that I could possibly do any other way. End result: more sales of franchises.

Pros

  • Dramatically increases the number of prospect calls I can make per hour.
  • Prospects that don't answer automatically receive a customized voicemail and email.
  • Call events are automatically logged in the prospect's record.

Cons

  • Organization of functions could be more intuitive so they can be found more quickly.
  • Would like to see more email campaign functionality.

Likelihood to Recommend

PhoneBurner is an essential tool for anyone working with a large number of warm leads where repeated contact attempts are necessary to move them forward in the sales process. Best used where prospects have "opted in" and are expecting a call. It's not a tool for cold calling.

We use PhoneBurner as a way to quickly collect and sort data on prospective clients, track call history, number of dials, send automated emails, and maintain notes on each dial made. Using PhoneBurner increases productivity by allowing files to be accessed quickly by simply searching key words and reduces the amount of physical files and paper needed to almost none.

Pros

  • Increases productivity by allowing for exponentially higher numbers of contacts made each day
  • Sorts and compiles data in a customizable way allowing each user to create the most effective and efficient system for them
  • Logs each call made to individual contact along with emails sent and notes of each conversation

Cons

  • They changed the detailed report that follows an import of new data. What they had originally was better.

Likelihood to Recommend

PhoneBurner works well for an inside sales agent, but would not be very useful for outside sales and agents who work in the field. If someone were to do a phone campaign of any kind, this would be the ideal method to both complete it quickly and sort all of the data collected.
