Pocus provides identity resolution by connecting the dots between an organization's 1st party data with rich intent signals from over 14+ 3rd party data providers. This reveals the identity of product users and uncovers prospects. When potential prospects are identified, Pocus helps to build playbooks to take advantage of high-intent signals like website activity, job changes, and product usage. Over time, Pocus creates visibility into which playbooks are performing well and sends AI recommendations for how to iterate playbooks over time.
Ultimately Pocus is designed to drive product-led sales, but can also drive customer success initiatives and locate leads among users and job switchers who take their interest in a company's product to a new location, creating a new potential lead.
