- No customization on anything
- In my opinion, Customer Service is lacking
- Lack of development and improvement -- very static
- In my experience, goes down often
- In my experience, does not answer phones, does not respond to open tickets
- In my experience, refusal to honor cancellation requests within legal right of 3 bus days
Likelihood to Recommend
Pros -- easy to sign up and learn, affordable
Cons -- in my opinion, the worst customer service you will ever deal with. I canceled an add-on within 1 business day and they refuse to honor my legal rights to cancel within 3 business days and they do not answer tickets or the phone for us. They have lost all credibility in my mind as a company that understands the law which makes me nervous to store my HIPAA info in their software.
