Overall Satisfaction with Practice Fusion
We use Practice Fusion as our primary EMR/EHR to manage patient records, prescribe meds, and schedule patients
Pros
- Ease of use
- Easy to learn
- Affordable cost
Cons
- No customization on anything
- In my opinion, Customer Service is lacking
- Lack of development and improvement -- very static
- In my experience, goes down often
- In my experience, does not answer phones, does not respond to open tickets
- In my experience, refusal to honor cancellation requests within legal right of 3 bus days
- PRO -- I know now what I need in an EMR/EHR
- CONS -- They have overcharged me and it has cost me money
- CONS-- They have disregarded my legal rights which makes me unsure of keeping confidential info in their systems and it will cost me money to switch
- CONS--They have cost me money with the time I've wasted to follow up on my own tickets that they refuse to follow up with
I think it came down to cost, which I regret now.
