PrinterLogic

The process of deployment was beyond easy. Installation support team was phenomenally responsive and knowledgeable. We had some bugs around automatic browser extension deployment and some specific printers but support was knowledgeable and responsive to help get us through those problems to where it now runs very smoothly and we have very little to worry about with the system.

Everything about PrinterLogic is easy to use! The administrative console is intuitive and easy to use. The end-user web portal is easy to navigate and not convoluted. I can send end users who need to add a printer they don't usually use, I can send them an email with a URL link for a particular printer so all they need to do is click on the link and then choose whether they want it to be their default printer or not.

The service and ease is excellent!

The product itself is very easy to administer, as well as from a user standpoint easy to use as well. The software is very intuitive with easy to find features and configurations. A great overall solution and I am spending way less time having to administer and update and problem solve over our old solution.

It's easy for admins and end users. The admin and end-user portals are very intuitive. There is a client and a few side tasks to get everything up and running, but it was fairly easy, and PrinterLogic assisted with this. Our users also like the floor plan feature, especially those who travel frequently.

Ease of use, configuration, and maintenance. The support and rapid response provided by PrinterLogic has been fantastic. The additional benefit is since this is a cloud solution means that as new features are released by PrinterLogic, we can begin leveraging them very quickly, with a minimal amount of effort, and little to no internal customer downtime.

The system and process to add a printer and either install a new one or remove a printer no longer needed is just a few clicks, which makes it easy for long time staff to navigate but also easy to explain to new staff, making the whole process take a few seconds to add and test the new printer.

Once everything had been configured and implemented, it has been very easy to maintain and support.

It's easy, it just works and it's well maintained.

It does exactly what we need. It alleviates almost all of our help desk teams requests allowing them to focus on other issues. Implementation and management is a breeze.

The windows portion is a bit weak, even though there are limitations as they are using most of the window UI for printing. It would be great if they could more unify the look and feel between chromebook and windows printing.

It is the easiest to use solution that I've seen so far. Their support is amazing if you do have any issues or questions. It is cloud based so you can manage it and access from anywhere. The staff have had no complaints in being able to use it and to get the printers they need and want.

The install took less than one hour without any guidance from PrinterLogic support. The documentation was very detailed and helpful with pictures and references. Once we took a meeting with support they were very helpful in configuring the portal and the printers just the way we wanted and needed them.

The portal is simplistic, sure, but there's nothing easier to use in the world. Anyone can log into the portal and immediately understand how to access what they need. There're also about a million how-to guides available for the service, should end users need a bit of a nudge. Brilliant through and through.

It's very easy for users to navigate the printers and select the one they require, for admins it easier to see what printers are assigned to which location, we can autoconfigure lots of options which reduces support calls when users visit new offices, it has simplified users overall printing experiences.

Because the printer queues are still just basic old Windows printer queues, implementation had minimal impact for end-users. We just had to show them the functions in the PrinterLogic client.

The admin portal tools for use by us IT people is entirely straightforward. While I appreciated that PrinterLogic had an engineer available while I set up our environment, I didn't actually need any guidance. I just followed their excellent documentation and in a matter of a couple hours we had full functionality and a working test environment, including IdP and SSO.

based on what feedback i get from the techs, it is easy to configure and deploy. Compared to other solutions that have been tried in the past, this is easier.

It's great from an end-user perspective. It can be a bit overwhelming on the admin front and if you're not in the console constantly it's easy to forget where certain features or functionalities are.

Companies can manage their printer fleets, give users the ability to easily install printers, see costs, eliminate devices, justify getting new devices, make configuration changes easily, and use reporting to get any statistics they require for any team to be able to improve the printing process overall. It's cloud and easy to set up.

After understanding the steps to log in and release a print job or queue a scanned document, the application just works. Being able to manage directly from the administration panel to get an insight as to what may be occurring during the event of an issue is well worth the quick time spent to create new connections.

It's simple, doesn't rely on Microsoft and you'll get fewer issues that Microsoft introduce to their print services because it isn't Microsoft reliant. No more printer patch nightmares, no more queue issues, and no need to have equipment onsite dedicated to providing network printing.

I would rate PrinterLogic's overall usability a solid 10 out of 10. Its intuitive interface simplifies print management tasks, making it easy for both IT administrators and end-users to navigate. The platform's features, such as centralized printer deployment and self-service installation, enhance efficiency and user experience. PrinterLogic surpasses any expectation I had for software that involved Cloud Printing.
