Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to deploy printers to users based on their needs and permissions. It was implemented as a solution to the Microsoft Print Nightmare issue, and meant we could get rid of our Windows print server.

Some options like SNMP seem to need to be adjusted in several places, making it a bit difficult to manage correctly.
