Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Red Arc helped when Raiser's Edge (by Blackbaud) discontinued support with Microsoft Word. I'm not sure why they ever removed the integration (I have to assume they intended on making a proprietary receipting/letter function) but they failed to create something comparable. Red Arc bridges the gap and allows me to successfully create receipts and letters with RE NXT data.
