“Where it struggles / you dont gain the value for cost is for smaller organizations with simple commission plans, and the cost and effort to implement may not be worth it. … You will find that the cost feels a bit like an iceberg - you see the top 10% of real costs (subscription, staffing to run it etc) but what you are really saving on is all the dysfunction and errors...”
