Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

We have tried to incorporate Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors' Joule into the platform that we use today in the organization, but the queries that can be executed are very limited. We deployed this functionality in a pilot, but Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors' Jolue did not understand much and left our employees with doubts, it would be important to close this gap to add more value.

La funcionalidad lo desplegamos en un piloto pero Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors' Jolue no comprende mucho y más bien deja a nuestros colaboradores con dudas, sería importante cerrar ese gap para agregar más valor.

Implementing a scale helps compensation departments, since currently there is only a comparative ratio indicator that doesn't provide much information. Additionally, every organization works with salary consulting firms, and there's no way to implement a salary scale.

If the sales information option were enabled, it would allow the organization to save money, as an additional system is always available for calculating commissions. Salespeople don't know when they're on track with their goals or where they're at in monthly execution. Enabling it is a significant plus.

If the tool wants to be a pioneer in the market, it will need to take an important step towards AI. Additionally, it needs something to help with the control and monitoring of vendor staff.

La satisfacción general de la herramienta es muy buena, lo que se debe de complementar es lo relacionado a IA y datos de compensación. Si la herramienta quiere ser pionera al mercado deberá de dar un paso importante hacia la IA. Adicionalmente algo que ayude al control y seguimiento del personal“vendor”
Data analysis is key for an organization. Microsoft provides Power BI, but if you could enable SAP for something with a paid license, it would be fantastic. The tool's reports are complex to build, and stakeholders should be able to export them more easily.

Microsoft le provee a uno Power BI pero con el pago de licencia si en algo pudiera habilitar SAP sería formidable; los reportes que tiene la herramienta son complejos de construir y de exportar porparte de los interesados deben ser más sencillos

The tool is comprehensive because from an employee perspective, all the information can be seen in one place, but when trying to drill down, it becomes complex; for example, knowing the job description or compensation details is limited. Another area for improvement is the reporting.
