Our company uses Sikka to analyze data from our dental practice software. It allows us to run analytics about production, collections and various details about our dental practices. Sikka is mainly used by myself and the director of operations.
  • It compiles detail information from various patient visits into a simple excel spreadsheet
  • It provides year over year comparisons
  • It has customizable reports to view data from various viewpoints
  • The software often has refresh issues
  • The software can get offline and double the data to create false reports
  • The software can do better at capturing data in real time. Currently the data is only up to the previous day.
Sikka is well suited to running analytical reports in excel format. This allows for further analysis and data manipulation. Our company uses the data to calculate bonuses, make scheduling decisions and budget preparation.
