A great tool for Community Managers and Social Monitoring
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I used Sprinklr when I was Social Media Manager for ACCOR. The tool helped me moderate the clients requests, answer comments and monitor any activity on our social media. We had tools in Sprinklr that helped us escalate to Customer Service for example and that really helped us centralize all the community management in one place. Furthermore, it helped us with reportings and monitoring KPI’s. (Likes, comments etc). What helped me even more was the charts that were pre-made and helped us visualise even better our social media performances.

Likelihood to Recommend
We had for example a DM from a client, complaining about a situation in a hotel. We were able to escalate the situation to Customer Service thanks to a tag integrated in the tool. <div>Another example would be how easily it is to organize comments and DM’s using the tags. Its a really great tool for Social media management!</div>
