  • If given an option to customise the colour scheme as per the user would add a lot personalization options.

The best case scenario as per my use is customer support be it any platform. Sprinklr provides all the necessary tools and features required for providing the best customer support possible and that too with a seamless and easy-to-use user interface. Sprinklr is one of the best tools when it comes to UI and customer support.
