I think the Sprinklr user interface is simpler than Brandwatch. The knowledge portal helps immensely to find out solutions. I really like the fact that there are many options available on Sprinklr to play around with and experiment with. Such a trial and error approach provides good opportunities for companies to find new features that might help the company understand how the engagement rate has evolved over the period of time
