Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is used for all of our immediate and emergency communications. It plays a pivotal part in our ability to get information to our associates quickly and consistently while operating out of one platform vs multiple. It also give us the ability to see what all number it does and does not reach which is equally important.

The specific scenarios based on my experience that I would like to point out where Text-Em-All is well suited for is emergency situation. recently this year we had to close the building due to inclement weather and I needed to get the information out quickly to hundreds of people and Text-Em-All really made that possible.

We use Text-Em-All to send any urgent updates or announcements to our employees. A problem the product addresses is being able to text certain groups based on our office locations. The scope is being able to communicate immediately to our employees regarding any urgent updates.

If there is a power outage or extreme weather at the office, we can immediately contact our employees to let them know not to travel.

We use the Text-Em-All app as our incident notification procedure to certain stakeholders in organization. It supports our emergency management plan when there is an injury, property damage, environmental. It allows for a quick and easy notification process so that there is no delay in responding at the appropriate level!

All incidents on our site is reported on the Text-Em-All app. It's easier to use in this manner as it doesnt make the end user differentiate between incidents when or when not to use it.

Text-Em-All has been a great solution for employee communication. It's seamless and easy to use, and our employees love it because of the simplicity. I appreciate the Text-Em-All app for the purpose of being able to communicate with staff quickly & efficiently. I use Text-Em-All for mass communication to my workplace of 180-200+ employees. The text is a simple reminder to mandatory meetings, events, and inclement weather. It helps get the word out to all shifts, day and night, of pertinent information. Or helps to remind them of benefit enrollments or policy updates. It's been an effective communication tool.

Sending out immediate texts are easy and good to utilize. Scheduling texts help with one less thing to remember when I can type the information and schedule to send in the future. It also gives the ability to edit if the event hasn't happened and information needs to be updated. Easy layout and format for user experience.

We use text messages with our neighborhood Civic Association. It is the best way for us to contact the close to 500 people in our neighborhood. With this service, we can keep everyone informed about important updates, emergencies, and neighborhood events. It is the most effective way to communicate with everyone easily and efficiently.

We have found them to be very good for immediate communication of a brief message to a large number of people at once. Thus, it works perfectly for a neighborhood association. It may not be suitable for longer messages or situations with excessive notifications.

I use Text-Em-All to communicate everything with my employees, from weather delays to essential company events. I love the ease of using the product! I am a huge fan and will continue using it to relay messages to my employees! My employees will even respond with sweet messages to me!

it always reduce our work. we do more the 200 deliveries in our peak season. calling all the customer is a big hastle. it makes our work so easy that we just copy and paste and be worried free and its very simple to use. one click you can cancel all the calls to customers.

I use the the calling service of Text-Em-All to get messages out to a large group of people quickly. My use is irregular based on the necessity of quick communication with the group.

It works well for getting short messages out quickly, but if a message is longer and needs to have a lot of details added, it doesn't work as well.
