Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use text messages with our neighborhood Civic Association. It is the best way for us to contact the close to 500 people in our neighborhood. With this service, we can keep everyone informed about important updates, emergencies, and neighborhood events. It is the most effective way to communicate with everyone easily and efficiently.

  • The contact list can be a little clunky.
  • It would be great to have an easier way to detect inactive phone numbers.
  • We have had issues in the past with messages being identified as spam.

  • It has made people in our neighborhood feel safer and more informed.

The one time I contacted support, it was fast, friendly, and effective. I particularly appreciated the ability to contact support through a chat feature, which made it much easier to get an answer quickly. The customer rep was also very friendly and responsive to my request. We were satisfied with their service.

We have found them to be very good for immediate communication of a brief message to a large number of people at once. Thus, it works perfectly for a neighborhood association. It may not be suitable for longer messages or situations with excessive notifications.
