Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use Text-Em-All for mass communication to my workplace of 180-200+ employees. The text is a simple reminder to mandatory meetings, events, and inclement weather. It helps get the word out to all shifts, day and night, of pertinent information. Or helps to remind them of benefit enrollments or policy updates. It's been an effective communication tool.

Pros

  • send in a timely manner

  • show who the message reached
  • give us more than one number to communicate with

Cons

  • have a way to make links smaller
  • use emojis for free
  • scheduling
  • making teams
  • time savings when reaching out to large groups of contacts
I have not spoken to customer service, but an authorized user did to add lines, and they were great on communication with questions answered.

Sending out immediate texts are easy and good to utilize. Scheduling texts help with one less thing to remember when I can type the information and schedule to send in the future. It also gives the ability to edit if the event hasn't happened and information needs to be updated. Easy layout and format for user experience.
