Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use Text-Em-All to communicate everything with my employees, from weather delays to essential company events. I love the ease of using the product! I am a huge fan and will continue using it to relay messages to my employees! My employees will even respond with sweet messages to me!

Pros

  • Creating contacts list to easily "grab" who you need to text.
  • Allowing enough space to get the message across.
  • Editing, adding and deleting contacts...its so easy!

Cons

  • Use of emojis.
  • Package deals.
  • Maybe some kind of different font or something to make the text stand out when it arrives to employees.
  • Easiness.
  • Contacts list.
  • Pricing
  • Time saving reaching mass group at one time.
  • Easiness of receiving responses.
  • Cost effectiveness.
I love the product! I use it each time I need to get a quick message to all 100 employees!

It is perfect for notifying my employees of closings or weather delays. Nowadays, everyone uses text messages, so it works out efficiently!

Using Text-Em-All

1 - I am the only one who uses the product. The President has access but relies on me to send out messages.
I do not have any people with support on the product.
  • Weather delays.
  • Company events.
  • New insurance information.
  • To let employees know about new insurance cards being sent out.
  • Wish employee happy birthday.
  • Wish employee happy work anniversary.
I see no reason why I shouldn't renew my service. It has become very handy to have it available and ready to use.
