Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to send any urgent updates or announcements to our employees. A problem the product addresses is being able to text certain groups based on our office locations. The scope is being able to communicate immediately to our employees regarding any urgent updates.

Pros

  • Allowing individuals to reply to broadcasts and the ability to respond to them individually
  • The ability to text different groups in real time
  • Send later feature
  • Being able to add new contacts to existing groups

  • improved delivery on the receivers end when it is a text rather than email or other form of communication
