Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use the the calling service of Text-Em-All to get messages out to a large group of people quickly. My use is irregular based on the necessity of quick communication with the group.

Pros

  • Gets the message out fast
  • Is easy to use
  • Reasonable cost
  • The call feature is what I use.
  • The ability to set the send time for a later time
  • Text to speech capabilities
  • I use the service for a non-profit, but it helps us communicate much more effectively
  • We just send out announcements
  • This question is not applicable

It works well for getting short messages out quickly, but if a message is longer and needs to have a lot of details added, it doesn't work as well.

1 - It is easy to use and does not require special skills for the level and which we use it.

It is an effective tool, but I gave a 9 because we are open to switching to free services.

Yes - I was not involved before we used this service, so I'm not sure what was used. It was long ago, so it was something very basic and was voice only.
I was not involved since the service was already in use when I started my postion.
