Retail Management Software: Toniq Corporate allows for the management of multiple branch stores with a central office database and toolset.

Flexible Data Groupings: Branches can be categorized into various groups, such as geographical regions or specific pricing structures. Products can also be categorized into multiple groups or hierarchies for different analysis or marketing purposes.

Nationwide Loyalty Clubs: Support for nationwide loyalty clubs enables purchases and bonus details to be shared across approved stores in the group, promoting customer loyalty.

Centralized Ordering: Streamlines stock ordering by creating and sending stock orders to branch stores for confirmation. Orders can be consolidated and directed to suppliers.

Management Reporting: Offers a range of management reports, including stock, store, and staff performance reports, as well as financial reports. Reports can be accessed and analyzed through a web server.

Digital Certificates: Digital Certificates are sent by HealthLink on CD or USB currently.

Eftpos: Integrates with eftpos solutions from Payment Express (DPS), Smart Pay (Smartlink Lite), and Verifone (Vault). Also semi-integrates with Eftpos NZ (POSLink) and most compatible Vl-Link eftpos terminals.

Toniq Data Backups: An automatic online backup solution like ToniqVault is recommended for off-site Toniq Database backups. USB Pen Drives are the preferred method of backup, with one pen drive required for each working day. Daily onsite backups are recommended.
