TransPDF

TransPDF, from PDFTron company Iceni, translates PDFs by converting them to XLIFF, for use with translation tools. This is done by uploading a PDF to TransPDF and translating the XLIFF using other tools. Upload translated XLIFF and a fully-formatted, translated PDF is produced.
