Vault Verify is a game changer!
We use Vault Verify for our verification requests for both commercial and government. The incredible change from another verification company to VV has been a gamechanger for our company. Since we link all of our earnings and deduction codes into the reporting, we have fewer questions from verifiers. The government forms have been completed quickly, as well as our team running their own government reports on the site and sending those out.

Vault Verify Excellence in Service
We use Vault Verify for all employment verifications. Previously this was a tedious and time consuming task. Vault Verify partners with our HCM software provider and all verifications are confidential. Active employees can request information via the online portal as well.

Vault Verify is Wonderful
Vault Verify is our third-party vendor for employment and income verifications. Implementation was a breeze and the representatives were very knowledgeable about our HCM vendor. After implementation, our day-to-day support was very responsive to any questions we had. They check in every few months to ensure the service is going well and to ask if there is anything they could do to assist. Other than updating our earnings codes with Vault Verify, it is very hands-off. The service works as described and it is a huge time saver from manually processing verifications in-house. I don't have any complaints with the service and plan to keep using Vault Verify for many years to come.

- We get various requests for employment verification letters from current employees. It would be nice to have a feature within vault verify that could house various letter templates and allow us to direct all our employees there. Rather than creating a letter inhouse.

Fantastic company to work with!
We received close to a hundred verification requests at the time we looked at Vault Verify which was becoming near impossible to keep up with - Vault Verify took a huge workload off of our team!

Vault Verify is the way to go!
Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment is beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is completed was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best!

As a manager in HR, I use Vault Verify to provide employment verifications when needed. Vault Verify has made it easy for our employees to request employment or income verifications on their own. Additionally, we went from a provider that we had to pay monthly to Vault Verify which now pays us monthly!

Highly Satisfied with Vault Verify
Vault Verify provides the VOE and VOI for all of our employees and former employees. With over current1,500 employees and many thousands of former employees, this save countless hours for our HR department. With record low interest rates the last several years, home refinances have soared which require VOE and VOI. With massive social services programs rolled out during Covid-19, the same is true for our many former and current employees. This has been ideal to have a third-party partner for verifications. <br>Plus, it only took minutes to set up the integration with UKG, our HRIS. It literally was the most straight-forward, easiest integration I have ever done. <br>Love it!

I used to be responsible for all employment verification requests within our agency, taking up multiple hours per week. Vault Verify allowed me to remove that from my workload, pays us a portion of the amount they make for completing VOEs for us, and allows our employees to have free self service access to download exactly what they need for employment verifications. Additionally, it was the easiest implementation I have ever been through (and I've been through a few) and if we ever need anything Vault Verify has been extremely quick to respond every time, which makes my life so much easier!

- Is extremely secure in how they access sensitive employee information.
- Is free to use and provides profit sharing options for us.
- Provides integration with our unemployment vendor as well.
- It would be great if Vault Verify could have a template to verify/complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms, since those have to be on specific forms.
