UKG Ready is a well-rounded HRIS platform that is really customisable (sometimes too much so). We implemented the platform to address rostering, time sheeting, payroll and HR system issues.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UKG is easy to use and ready to help us clock in for work, as well as clock out for lunch or the day. It stores employees' personal information that we can easily edit; I use it to request personal time off, check my available hours, and view my requested time off. UKG has my pay stub information and details, which are easy to download or share. I really love UKG.

Cons

It would be great if it were easier to find the edit button when you need to edit personal info, instead of clicking everywhere trying to find it.
Easier way to request personal time off. it is a little confusing.

I use UKG to clock in and out, update my documents, such as my W4, and request PTO.

Pros

It's great for document management.
It's easy to use.
Tracking my available PTO is easier with UKG.

Cons

Correcting timecards could be a little easier.

The easiness of use makes it less time consuming to complete tasks.
Having such a large dashboard saves time in trying to find data I need.
