Great way to communicate effectively!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Vonage to communicate with my customers via text or phone. I like it because the app is on my computer and doesn't require me to have an actual phone. This allows me to use a company phone line that can be recorded for future reference or recall. We have had to use it many time before to prove a conversation.

Pros

  • records calls
  • keeps record of texts
  • allows use of rest of computer during use

Cons

  • allowing us to send/receive pictures
  • need to be able to hang up if the program shuts down
  • allowing video phone calls

Return on Investment

  • allows us to streamline communications across the country
  • Keeps all communications in one place
  • limits with photos prevent us from using only this program
