Overall Satisfaction with Vonage Business Communications

I have been using Vonage Business Communications since decade and found very easy to use specially for calls & texts to USA candidates. I have installed app in my cell phone which is very very easy and you can use anywhere.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Can use anywhere from with phone app
  • best for international calling & texting
  • also you can create internal teams group
  • Easy to save contacts in Vonage Business Communications

Cons

  • Sometime, we faced texting issue especially while sending to US candidates.
  • Overall position impact
  • the negative could a texting issue
Because, i have been using it on daily basis to connect with my clients, internal teams and US candidates via calls/text.
