What is Wispr Flow?

Wispr Flow (available on Mac, iPhone, Windows, and Android) lets the user speak naturally, and formats speech with no extra edits and no typos. It allows users to write faster across their apps, and its voice-to-text is designed to turn thoughts into clear, polished text in any app or website.

Wispr Flow's shared features include:

  • Shared dictionary - Can include team’s names, jargon, product terms, and acronyms to a shared dictionary so communication stays consistent for everyone.
  • Shared snippets - Create shortcuts for things a team types often, like calendar links, support replies, or FAQs. Say a cue, and Flow inserts the full text instantly.
  • Usage dashboards - Tracks adoption and impact with metrics like total words, top apps, and usage trends. Enterprise teams get additional insights.

For developers, Flow understands syntax, file names, and code formatting so, the developer's voice fits into workflows. Flow automatically recognizes developer-specific terminology like Supabase, Cloudflare, and Vercel, keeping dictation accurate in technical contexts. And for anything it doesn’t know yet, a personal dictionary can be added with a single correction.
