We primarily use Zoom AI Companion to gather and share meeting notes after meetings. We have setting set up so that AI automatically sends everyone who was on the meeting a meeting summary after the meeting ends. This has proven to be extremely helpful in keeping our teams on track, especially in being able to stay on the same page and work towards the same goal - discussion items don't get as easily forgotten now that we have Zoom AI Companion at our fingertips! I specifically like that I can use it during a meeting too - we tend to have team meetings where folks hop on and off given the nature of construction, so it's helpful to have a full recap at the end of the meeting for those who only stayed for half, etc. In construction, business moves fast, and Zoom's AI helps keep us organized.

Zoom AI Companion is great to use when summarizing meeting notes, when prompting AI to help write or re-write text to use in either an email or a message, and to catch up on items that may have been missed during a meeting. We also use ChatGPT but having Zoom AI ingrained directly into the Zoom meetings is where the magic happens.

Our users do recruiting and call their candidates using Zoom AI Companion Phone. They have been impressed with the greatness of the call quality along with the great amount of features available, such as AI summary, and customizing their settings in the Zoom AI Companion portal. They also use it for interviews and have found it helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is very well suited in a workplace environment that a user is going to be taking a lot of calls and receiving a lot of voicemails. It would not be well suited for an environment where the user doesn't use calling and meetings all that much. Zoom AI Companion is Great.

We use Zoom AI Companion for meetings, zoom rooms, displays, etc. We needed an all in one platform that could allow us to connect seamlessly in our different conference rooms for meetings or just internal calls while also being able to connect to any platform (google meet, teams, etc) depending on what our clients are using. Zoom AI Companion was that answer and still is that answer. It just works!

Zoom AI Companion is great if you are in the beginning phase of setting up conference rooms and need a cost friendly option. Upfront costs of ipads/mac mini's were low and we were able to reuse old machines. Some of been phased out, but overall has been very reasonable and the functionality cannot be beat.

We use Zoom Workplace for hosting bi-directional class rooms at our academic institution. We have both graduate and undergraduate level courses offered at our satellite campus as well as students taking courses that are offered on main campus. Zoom provide seamless integration for holding conference level connectivity from our class rooms for invited talks and other academic activities.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is best suited for situations that require high fidelity multi-way conference level connectivity. We use it at our remote/satellite campuses for academic activities such as bi-directional classes as well as conferences and invited talks. Zoom Workplace is not suited for remote management of endpoints or other niche offerings currently supported. There are more dedicated software for those.

Back in the day when we wanted to have a work meeting, we had to look for an empty meeting room and setup that for meeting, now with Zoom we can book meeting anytime anywhere online. When we needed a quick meeting, just send the link to your colleagues and join the meeting. Zoom can have up to 500 participate in the meeting and share content or your screen to everyone on the meeting wither they are joining via mobile devices or their laptops.

Zoom Workplace is great when having grand meetings with all company staff. It can hold up to 500 staff at the same session while doing this meeting on a video call from mobile on weekend day. Having to join meeting from you home on a weekend day for staff celebration can be rewarding and relaxing.

Zoom AI Companion is the de facto standard for meetings before the COVID-19 pandemic. After switching to Zoom AI Companion from the previous WebEx meeting tool, everyone is impressed by the stable connection and intuitive interface for sharing screens and content. Since

then, I cannot live a day in my business without using Zoom as my workplace. Zoom AI Companion is not just a remote meeting tool, but a truly collaborative space that brings together remote and face-to-face co-workers, continually evolving with new functionalities every day.

If you have a colleague who is based in a remote location or is part of a remote team, Zoom is a vital collaboration tool for your day-to-day work. Zoom AI Companion is easier and more effective for working with a colleague at a remote location rather than making a call. You can share your non-verbal reactions through video, which brings a close experience to face-to-face interactions.

We used Zoom Workplacen for meetings, instant messaging internally and file sharing. Also, utilizing it for conference calls for team members outside of the office or for training sessions. We used it heavily during the Covid periods of work from home requirements. Since then, we have opted for Microsoft Teams.

Likelihood to Recommend

If all of your team is local and not working from home or in other places of the country or world then I think Zoom Workplace will suit your company needs. If you need a system for instant messaging and file sharing, then I think this product will meet your needs as well.

We use Zoom Workplace to connect with our internal team and with clients. Our workplace is about 50 percent remote and Zoom Workplace has proved to be a crucial link to keep our team connected. It greatly expands our ability to respond to clients and to understand their needs. We also use Zoom phones. We use Zoom Workplace to record presentations and develop those into YouTube videos for use in several formats.

Zoom Workplace is unparalleled for webinars. The features of managing registrations, Q&A and breakout rooms are so useful. The recording features are better than any other platform. It is not so great at impromptu calls with colleagues. We've also run into issues with recurring meetings. These do not function as well as webinars or recurring webinars.

As a consulting company, we use Zoom Workplace to host webinars, typically with smaller audiences.

Well suited for core video conferencing features. Technical glitches are few and far between.

The AI Companion could use some improvement. Better use guides on how Meeting Summaries and Docs work together. Certain features of Meeting Summary should be turned off by default (automatically send summaries to all attendees should be off by default) while certain settings are confusing (enabling continuous chat has unintended consequences when it comes to distribution).

We use Zoom Workplace Phone as our Primary Customer Service provider. As well, our main internal remote working sessions are had over Zoom Workplace Meetings. The Analytics that Zoom Workplace Provides also aids us in providing Employee reviews as we are able to track Customer Service KPI's. Zoom Workplace Phone is also our main provider for office phone lines which we utilize on a daily basis for operations.

Anytime you need to collaborate with a team and do working sessions, this is the best tool in order to quickly assemble a team to a common workspace. The annotation tools are standard but also easy to utilize. Multi-Display capabilities in screensharing is something that is easily managed from the Host Tools and is much more robust than any other service our company has used.
