LDR use of Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it mostly for the meeting recordings. For me it best served onboarding new hires and coaching reps on how a call went, good or bad, and what areas we build on to better the conversation.

Pros

  • Conversations tab, my team, how longthe call was and who was on it. Easy for me to tell if my rep actually did the call or booked for someone else on the sales team
  • Analytics, my team, number of convos, duration, good questions...love how it scores things we highlighted to look for in a call

Cons

  • Dashboard for managers. It shows for me as an individual. I'd rather be able to change or filter it to my team
  • Tracked deals better, I wasnt a part of setting it all up but it only triggers a few deals and not sure why some vs others

Return on Investment

  • positive: faster onboarding, faster development, call review sessions much easier, 1 on 1s easier cause the calls are there vs me live monitoring. Time saved in all the above areas and better reps cause of it faster.
  • negative: the overall set up is the same for all teams. What to listen for or want to hear in a call is different for an LDr than an Account Rep vs a Sales Engineer. I wish we had made or could make different setting for different teams. The scorecard isnt 100% accurate

Zoom Revenue Accelerator Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love how all of my calls are recorded and that I can use the AI program to help me re-organize my conversations. It has saved my "bacon" so many times when a client states that I said one thing and I can go back and review the conversation and show that what they are claiming is false. It has helped me save face so man times. I also love the fact that I save so much time when it comes to sending follow up emails.

Pros

  • Keeps my emails organized
  • Records all of my calls
  • helps me write strong response emails.

Cons

  • One thing that I think would be nice is if there was a way to merge one than 1 email together. Lets say i was on a call and its dropped for one reason or another. It would be nice to merge the follow up call to the first one.

Return on Investment

  • Since my company pays for the licensing I don't see a negative ROI. I love it though because I am so busy it saves me time. And we all know that time is money.

Usability

Seamless and powerful customer intelligence

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ZRA to record sales and post-sales calls. It's Incredibly valuable for gathering and synthesizing critical context and bringing that context back into our CRM. We use the insights for coaching, competitive intelligence, and enablement. And the signals around deal risks are incredibly valuable as we work through pipeline reviews.

Pros

  • Sync critical information back to HubSpot.
  • Highlight deal risks.

Cons

  • More flexibility to remove the note taker when it joins an external meeting.

Return on Investment

  • Ramping reps faster.
  • Helping identify key risks and deals to improve close rates.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator supports sellers PSO and Program Managers across the company.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom Revenue Accelerator to empower our sales teams to be able to quickly follow up with customers after customer calls. We started using Gong and then switch over to Zoom Revenue Accelerator since we were using Zoom meetings. As a member of the PSO team, I'm also able to look into the transcripts that come from revenue accelerator to follow up with customers with the right documentation and content that they're requesting to help with things like onboarding new products, implementing new features, etc. It's a tool that can be widely used throughout the organization.

Pros

  • Helps our reps accelerate their deals by providing them with a tool that acts like a companion for them during their meetings.
  • Uses AI to help with efficiency and coaching.
  • Offers great dashboards and metrics tied to the call.

Cons

  • It seems like there are some limited CRM integrations but this may have changed
  • More flexibility for teams to use reporting

Return on Investment

  • Saved time for sellers for follow up
  • Saved time for sellers in gathering insights after a call
  • Coaching sellers
