I use Chorus by ZoomInfo to record and listen to calls. For call reviews, note taking and feedback. It works great for call reviews and reflection so the whole team can improve. It is also helpful if i miss notes while speaking to a prospect. The AI features are neat as well and i'm sure there are mnay useful things im missing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Chorus by ZoomInfo to record our client facing zoom calls. The use case is to allow Chorus by ZoomInfo to record the meeing and generate a meeting transcript and summary to allow for the sales rep to c=focus on the call, asking clarifying questions, go through the MEDDPICC sales methodology and focus strictly on the client. Before the reps would be taking notes on various word documents and would often be so focused on the note taking that they couldn't keep a good conversation going.

It helps me catch key details, follow up quicker, and gives my manager solid coaching insights. Our team mainly uses it for sales, but it’s flexible. I’d rate it an 8 since it saves time and keeps us sharp.
