Our organization uses 15five for weekly self reviews by the entire company. It keeps people responsible for what they do and keeps things transparent.
- Ease of information entry
- Simplistic design
- Easier to preview old 15fives
- "Liking" a comment within an email instead of having to open another tab.
- Better individual accountability.
- Sometimes annoyance towards submitting it late.
