We use 15Five in our department—it's a great way to get a quick update on what's happening with everyone weekly. I especially like the ability to tag colleagues in your post to give them kudos or make sure they see an update.
- Provides a quick and easy forum to give a weekly update.
- Provides the opportunity to rate how you're feeling/what the morale is on a weekly basis with a simple star rating.
- It's really hard to identify any improvements: it's a simple, easy to use product.
- 15Five has definitely allowed a scattered remote team to more consistently have updates from everyone.
