Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Contact Center
I have been using 8x8 contact centre for the last 4 years, and I am happy to use it because it has an easy-to-use UI, HD Voice quality, and more. First time I use such smooth software, and the 8x8 customer support representative is awesome. They help me like a premium customer.

Based on my experience, I did not find any major issues. I have been using it for a long time. I am really enjoying 8x8 contact centre. 8x8 contact centre support representatives are really helpful and knowledgeable. They resolve my problem quickly, and they do their job professionally. I used other software earlier, but I like 8x8 contact centre.
