Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Contact Center

I have been using 8x8 contact centre for the last 4 years, and I am happy to use it because it has an easy-to-use UI, HD Voice quality, and more. First time I use such smooth software, and the 8x8 customer support representative is awesome. They help me like a premium customer.

I am giving the 8x8 contact centre 9 stars for its features and support. 8x8 contact centre is an all-time good application. I am really enjoying using it. 8x8 contact centre has wonderful features that are really helpful for increasing my productivity. 8x8 contact centre has very good uptime, which helps our operations remain active at all times.
Based on my experience, I did not find any major issues. I have been using it for a long time. I am really enjoying 8x8 contact centre. 8x8 contact centre support representatives are really helpful and knowledgeable. They resolve my problem quickly, and they do their job professionally. I used other software earlier, but I like 8x8 contact centre.
