Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is used as our direct phone service. The service provides clear pristine sound.

Pros and Cons

You don't have to put a +1 before dialing long distance and this makes dialing fast and easy.
You do not have to add +619 when dialing local. A big plus!

Sometimes when I dial, it has to catch up to me. This sometimes makes it seem as though I have not dialed correctly. This does not happen very often.

Overall, this is a very efficient system.

My boss is the one who selected this service - however, I support his decision based on the quality I've seen while using it.

Support Rating

We rarely have any trouble with the system, if any. The messages appear on the phone and are sent to our email. This makes for a foolproof system to ensure all calls are retrieved.

On a basic level, this system is well worth it. You cannot beat the service quality. I have never had to call with any problems.
