Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

We use 8x8 X Series throughout our entire office. We are an ambulance service and having a quick and easy way to navigate phone calls in the direction that they need to go is a very important part of our business as we have multiple departments (dispatch, office, etc.) that must have clear lines at all times. 8x8 X Series helps us with that!
  • 8x8 X Series has a quick call center response; I have never waited on hold for more than a minute or 2.
  • 8x8 X Series is diligent on fixing any problems that arise very rapidly.
  • 8x8 X Series is very easily manageable online!
  • I don't have any complaints!
  • Everything I have experienced with this company has been pretty great!
  • All positive impact! They make things easily navigational. That's precisely why we use them.
They are fully functioning and easily manageable, crucial to our company as we have dispatch and office administration and are a medical facility. If our phone lines go down, people could be impacted by it in a very negative way.

If you have multiple lines in your office and need to navigate them to different departments without a hassle, 8x8 X Series is your company. The only way I could see NOT using 8x8 X Series is if you have one phone line and not much business to attend to.
