Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting

We use MIP as our main accounting software, for budgeting purposes, for financial statement preparation, for record keeping, and for payments to vendors.

Pros

  • Ease of setting up different types of financial reports and accessing them.
  • Easy to access records and transactions done in the system.
  • Easy to export to Excel for spreadsheet purposes, if needed.
  • Can use e-mail to send information within the system.
  • Help and support system is excellent.
  • When we first started this package, we were on a very user unfriendly accounting package. this fits our needs very well and has been a super transition
We have'nt considered other alternatives
We find it well suited to our accounting needs as a non-profit organization. The executive view function, the budgeting function, the ability to scan records into the A/P function are great just to name a couple.
