Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting

We use MIP in the accounting department. We currently manage: journal entries, accounts payable, budget, and the creation of financials statements.

I think MIP had better reporting options than other software that were in the market during the selection process. It is very easy to run financials reports as soon all the information is posted in the software. Also, the option to be able to drill in the numbers and the transactions that are making the number is very helpful for the review of the data in the report.
It is very good for the creation of financials statements. I think the HR section and payroll can be improved more. Also the purchasing section needs improvements. I think the software needs to be updated a little bit to the needs of the users and technology. Also, the software needs to have an employee web reimbursement section including the app.
