Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb as a total learning management system. Absorb is our online hub for communications, learning about our culture, building relationships, increasing compliance, and personal development. Sugar University is part of our language and is an asset to us in ensuring a consistent guest experience in our stores. It is also a resource for reference when working in the store.

The reporting doesn't suit our needs, requiring more manipulation than we would like. It gives out more of a data dump than a report that speaks to what's going on in our organization. Social learning has made a significant impact; with Billboards, Collaboration, and a bit of old-fashioned ingenuity, we've made some enjoyable parts of the system to help support our store teams.
If I could, I'd make my support rep is always there for us—whether it's a big or small question—and makes us feel like he's as invested in our success as we are. Joel takes the time to help us troubleshoot, supports our unique ideas, and does it all with a smile on his face.

Absorb emerged as the most cost-effective option, offering the best support and the ability to integrate with ADP Workforce Now. Using the platform has been easy and intuitive for both our Admin and Associate teams.
