Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

I liked that Absorb LMS gives a user interface that is simple to understand with a lot of customization. I have enjoyed making templates for my department to access resources within Absorb LMS with little difficulty. Whenever I need help, there is always someone from Absorb LMS who is knowledgeable and able to help answer any questions that I may have. Even my Account Manager [...], has been phenomenal in assisting with making Absorb LMS a great product for our department. Most of my issues with Absorb LMS range from custom reporting to creating courses specific my medical users. Absorb LMS is always improving its platform, and is going above and beyond to satisfy its clients needs.

Cons

  • Improve more custom features for creating courses.
  • Facilitate more options in search field in live site.
  • Display of resources that are not accessible when clicking on screen.
  • Timestamp in videos needs to be added before they show as complete.
  • Change the layout of the course on live page because resources are hard to navigate and access.
  • Streamlined employee onboarding process for department.

  • Increase enrollment of courses to 1,768.

My experience with Absorb LMS has been fulfilling and enriching. I am able to do a lot with the LMS and provide training to my colleagues with little difficulty. I am able to process and modify the settings in Absorb LMS that best suit the learners as well. The overall utilization has been positive, and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to formalize their training initiatives with their team.

Absorb LMS has helped my team produce effective lectures that produce user engagement and positive with critical feedback. For instance, I have created custom curriculums for the users to go back and review in between their clinical assignments and off workdays. The one area that Absorb LMS is not well suited is when the morning and afternoon lectures are recorded on another platform rather than on the Instructor Led feature in the Courses setting.
