Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

The field that I am in requires compliance training to ensure we can stay operational. Absorb LMS provides the tools necessary for me to keep track of training and compliance easily. We currently use the platform for approximately 50 users with the ability to increase easily.

Pros

  • Easily integrates with our ADP platform for SSO capabilities
  • Feature rich course management that is easy to use
  • Admin dashboard is user friendly

Cons

  • Bulk download of things like certificates, transcripts, or completion
  • Bulk management of courses is somewhat there, but limited
  • The platform allows us to easily assign training to new employees
  • The platform allows us to track compliance with training requirements
They are very responsive to our needs
