Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS as the main LMS for our company. We use it to provide annual compliance trainings to our employees, track for completion, and send out new trainings to relevant groups as needed. It's especially useful when we need to provide training records for licensing audits, as we can show individual employee training transcripts or pull training records for a whole site depending on the need.

  • Streamlined our learning platform to being all on one system, rather than spread across 2-3 platforms, making it easier to complete trainings, pull reports, and be in compliance
  • Improved compliance rates with trainings due to ease of use for learners and ability to track completion and share with directors
It's very easy to use; the only thing that is a little bit tricky is the reporting feature. Courses, instructor led courses, and curriculums have to have reporting pulled separately, so when a combination of the the training types is used it makes it a little bit harder to get reporting, and we have 3 reports instead of 1. Overall though, creating, managing, and launching the courses is very easy and simple to teach someone else. Our employees are able to review assigned courses very quickly and complete what's needed.
Our account manager [...] is great, and always willing to show me how to do something if I'm not able to find it on my own (or don't have time to play with the system). She's wonderful at brainstorming solutions if I have a unique issue I'm trying to solve for. The rest of the support team is also very helpful, and quick to respond if I need to open a support ticket.

Absorb LMS has really great customer service - our account manager, [...], is invaluable to helping us be successful with our account and helping us find ways to use the account for what we need. It's pretty easy to learn to use, and is fairly simple to administrate with a small team (or even one person). I did not have a background in training prior to using Absorb LMS and between the system being easy to learn and with [...]'s customer service we've been able to make it work really well for our organization.
