Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We use it to train franchisee owners and their staff on how to operate their business. We also have international master franchisee's and staff that use the platform. This helps maintain operational consistency across the globe.
Pros
- Education is easily accessible to franchisees and staff
- Customer service and support is fast and friendly
- Easy to manage credits and certifications that we require for franchisees and staff
Cons
- AI capabilities - when someone first logs into the platform there's a voiceover of someone walking them through it and it's specific to their job title/role and how the LMS can help them
- More customization based on role. For ex., homepages, recommended coursework based on job title and longevity and more targeted search features. We have a lot of courses and it can be confusing for learners to find the specific course they're looking for depending on if they're a manager, trainer, or owner. And instead of "my courses or featured courses" would love to say "Sales Training" and only have sales courses specific to that user and their settings, be visible to them. This would help eliminate confusion and an overwhelming number of courses appearing when someone searches.
- We don't have great data on this but that's on us since we need our data team to prioritize syncing the Absorb LMS data with our Powerbi and club performance data.
- Ecosystem Integrations (Absorb APIs or Absorb Connectors)
It's allowed many users across the globe to access the platform which helps create operational consistencies.
