Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

My company uses Absorb as our LMS software platform. It allows us to distribute learning solutions to all employees. We use these learning solutions to stay compliant with regulatory requirements as well as upskilling and re-skilling our workforce. We needed something flexible, with multi-faceted capabilities that is still easy for users and admins. Absorb fits the bill.

  • Detailed reporting helps leaders visualize engagement
It's got a straightforward UI and lots of practical features. The admin panel lets me do nearly everything I need to do quickly. Even the technophobes in our organization find Absorb to be easy to use on whatever platform that suits them
  • Ecosystem Integrations (Absorb APIs or Absorb Connectors)
Connecting Absorb with Dayforce and PowerBI allows us to have seamless addition of new users and great reporting that is accessible by everyone that needs it.
Absorb's support is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Our rep, Melissa, keeps us informed of changes and updates as well as helping us troubleshoot. I've never had an issue with Absorb that wasn't promptly resolved. I'm extremely please with the personal touch and communication from Absorb.
Everyone has an LMS nowadays. Most of the time it's a rushed add-on to whatever other thing they are trying to sell. Many of them lack features and flexibility that we get from Absorb. That's what sets Absorb apart for me. Their LMS is the centerpiece, not the upsell.

It's perfect for our use case. I think organizations without a dedicated LMS Admin/Instructional designer might be happier with something that is less flexible but easier to use and already tied in to a content library. I appreciate being able to use content that is developed in-house or content from multiple providers
