Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS mainly for our employees to complete their mandatory onboarding training. In addition, it is also where we host training for annual compliance requirements.

Pros

  • Customer service
  • Providing advice and recommendations
  • Automatic enrolment rules

Cons

  • More detailed fields to include in reporting
  • More intuitive admin interface
  • Streamlined employee onboarding
  • Increased compliance
Usability is functional, yet I feel it could have more of an updated look and feel.
  • Reporting & Insights (Absorb Analyze or Absorb Amplify Direct)
Support has been nothing but exceptional, from both our Customer Success Manager (Anup G.) and the Support Team. The team are always quick to reply, friendly, professional, and address our queries with expertise.
